Background: I have worked in adult education and training for nearly 20 years as a teaching practitioner, manager, consultant and Director of education and training in charitable (community), statutory and private sectors, where i have developed education and training systems and programmes of study, and worked with a diversity of students SpLD and mental health difficulties by providing bespoke learning strategies for students to achieve and progress onto further learning and/or employment opportunities.
